“The moments I truly realized it was working was when we began saying, “You know, this task/activity is right up (name’s) alley.” Or, “I think (name) would really enjoy doing this.” I also found myself saying, “I need to encourage (name) to do more of (activity), as that speaks to her strength and will likely allow her to have better job satisfaction and help our organization.”
